It's been a crazy couple of weeks... We kicked our house hunting up into high gear and spent all of our free time looking at houses on the interweb or in person...
Tuesday we found 'our' house! We walked in and it just felt like home. It's the right size, the right price, and in the right location. Plus, it's just generally all around beautiful!
So....
....
... we put our first offer in to the current owners today. They've had it since 10:30 (so four hours now) and we're just generally going completely crazy waiting. I feel like one of those cartoon characters staring at the evil clock and sweating and biting its nails! C-R-A-Z-Y!
Anyway, wish us luck! We're praying for a quick and easy negotiation and for an accepted contract by the weekend.
Lots of things to post about, I'm so behind! There's the trip to Atlanta and the new wheel! It was bare wood and currently in pieces in our apartment while I finish it with a bit of Danish Oil. But as soon as it's done it'll be on the blog!
